Direct download of XML files has been disabled for the foreseeable future. To download XML files, please log in and go to the “XML Files” tab. The Navy’s new Nautilus Virtual Desktop (NVD) has issues with previously whitelisted sites (e.g., ASSISTCA). The Navy has instituted a work around using Azure VPN.
