ASSIST - Initiate Account Reactivation

To reactivate your account, enter your ASSIST account and associated email address in the respective fields labeled 'Account' and 'Email Address'. Next look at the image displayed below these fields and enter the text in the same order and case displayed into the text field below the image and click the 'Submit' button.

If the email address you entered is valid and matches the one associated with the account you entered, a message containing a verification link will be sent to that email address from ASSIST. Click this embedded link to return to the ASSIST website to complete the reactivation process.

If you do not know the email address you used with this account or if you do not receive an email containing the verification link, please contact the ASSIST Service Desk using the information at the bottom of this page.
