The Navy’s new Nautilus Virtual Desktop (NVD) has issues with previously whitelisted sites (e.g., ASSISTCA). The Navy has instituted a work around using Azure VPN; please see the ASSIST FAQ which includes an SOP addressing this connectivity issue, "Navy Nautilus VD Users ASSIST CA Access."
